Based in Malaysia, this role involves performing daily data centre operations to ensure smooth execution and continuous service. The position requires managing and automating application and operating system tasks, focusing on efficiency and incident resolution. You will also be responsible for monitoring batch jobs, generating reports, and adhering to security procedures.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage and automate application and OS tasks using batch schedulers
- Create reference architectures and best practices for batch job setup
- Process service and change requests from stakeholders
- Monitor and execute Control-M batch jobs
- Handle batch output, events, and incident reporting
- Perform backup operations and generate various reports
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Diploma in IT or Computer Science
- 1-3 years of experience in Data Centre Operations
- Familiarity with Data Centre and Server Operations Support
- Knowledge of BMC Control-M scheduling and batch job processing
- Ability to work 12-hour rotational shifts
- Capable of multitasking under pressure with a positive attitude
