Based in Malaysia, this role involves monitoring and moderating digital media across various channels to maintain platform safety and integrity. You will analyze text, audio, and visual materials in Mandarin and Hakka dialect while upholding client policy guidelines and assessing AI model responses. The position involves reviewing complex and sensitive materials, making emotional resilience essential. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Review, classify, and take action on digital content based on client guidelines
- Keep up to date with policy updates, generative AI standards, and industry practices
- Investigate, resolve, and escalate complicated content issues within the team
- Test large language models using prompt techniques across sensitive topics
- Evaluate AI system outputs for accuracy, compliance, and disclaimers
- Help formulate guidelines and best practices for responsible AI governance
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin with the ability to comprehend Hakka dialect
- Strong emotional resilience, coping mechanisms, and stress management capabilities
- Ability to assess content objectively without personal bias
- Sharp attention to detail with sound analytical and critical thinking skills
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and on-site at the office
