The successful candidate will provide independent assurance on technology, cybersecurity, and operational risks, translating emerging developments into focused audit responses. This position requires delivering the audit plan, engaging with senior stakeholders, and building a high-performing team with future-ready skills.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the technology and operational risk audit plan, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Provide independent assurance on technology, cybersecurity, and digital risks.
- Lead assurance activities for operational risk management frameworks and governance.
- Integrate data analytics, automation, and Gen AI into audit processes.
- Prepare concise, evidence-based reports and engage with regulators.
- Mentor and develop technology and operational risk auditors.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Over 20 years of experience in technology audit, cybersecurity, or operational risk, preferably in banking or financial services.
- Proven leadership in managing a significant technology or operational risk audit portfolio.
- Strong audit project management skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
