Based in Singapore, this role involves strategic and operational leadership for workplace hospitality and corporate events within a leading ASEAN bank. The successful candidate will manage both in-house and outsourced teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery that aligns with brand standards and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include optimizing event space utilization, enhancing cost transparency, and driving innovation in service delivery across the organization.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee governance and optimization of all UOB-owned high-performance workplace and event spaces.
- Integrate service delivery across various Integrated Workplace Management functions.
- Manage daily operations of hospitality services, ensuring consistent quality and resilience.
- Advise stakeholders on event planning, venue suitability, and cost optimization.
- Coordinate end-to-end event services, including facilities, AV, security, and F&B.
- Develop commercial and P&L models for event and hospitality services.
