Based in Vietnam, this role drives the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of community investment initiatives aligned with corporate objectives. The manager oversees partner collaborations, project budgets, and governance while crafting impactful narratives for internal and external audiences. In addition, the position spearheads employee volunteering schemes to boost corporate citizenship and community engagement across the region.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end community investment initiatives following organizational priorities and compliance guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NGOs, government agencies, and key external partners.
- Oversee project budgets, monitoring frameworks, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation procedures.
- Formulate comprehensive monitoring, evaluation, and impact reports for executive and regional leadership.
- Collaborate with communications teams to generate compelling stories highlighting community impacts.
- Organize and coordinate impactful employee volunteering programs to foster engagement.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in social sciences, development studies, communications, business administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading CSR or sustainable community development initiatives.
- Proven background in budget oversight, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with non-profits, international NGOs, or governmental institutions.
- Strong proficiency in both spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
- Willingness to travel locally to field project sites as required.
