Based in Singapore, this role involves providing functional and technical support for Murex and global financial market applications to maintain stable operations. The successful candidate will monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex production incidents, and implement automation scripts. Additionally, this position collaborates closely with engineering teams and takes part in on-call rotations to deliver system enhancements.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Deliver functional and technical support for GFM and Murex platforms to maintain daily operational stability
- Oversee system health and examine application logs to detect and resolve issues early
- Work with developers to resolve performance issues, adjust configurations, and deploy platform improvements
- Create scripts and leverage modern tooling to automate routine operational procedures
- Engage in on-call support coverage and weekend system release deployments
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Direct working experience supporting Murex modules including e-Tradepad, Simulation, Datamart, and MXML
- Demonstrated capability in diagnosing and resolving complicated production incidents
- Competence in prioritizing multiple assignments and communicating clearly with various stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of Agile development practices and the software development lifecycle
- Comfortable operating under pressure during critical system disruptions and taking on rotation duties
