หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Manage and develop team members to enhance performance and career growth
- Allocate tasks, monitor workload, and ensure timely completion of objectives
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for the team
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer or operational issues
- Implement and enforce bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor team productivity and service quality, identifying improvements
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in banking or financial services
- At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Strong understanding of banking products and operations
- Familiarity with Malaysian banking regulations and compliance
