Based in Singapore, this technical leadership position oversees the end-to-end architecture and deployment of enterprise artificial intelligence initiatives across cross-functional squads. The role involves designing scalable AI architectures, establishing engineering governance, and mentoring other architects. You will act as a critical liaison between commercial stakeholders and technical delivery teams to implement robust, production-grade solutions.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Define and oversee end-to-end enterprise AI solution architectures aligned with corporate standards and security rules.
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary delivery squads including AI, software, frontend, and data engineers.
- Architect integrations across heterogeneous data sources, business platforms, and legacy systems.
- Enforce production-grade architecture principles covering scalability, observability, maintainability, and operational readiness.
- Translate commercial requirements into actionable architectural designs for cross-functional technical teams.
- Assess emerging AI innovations and frameworks to balance delivery velocity with sustainable long-term value.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, AI/ML, or a related discipline.
- Between 5 and 10 years of solution architecture or technical leadership experience focused on AI platforms.
- Demonstrated background in architecting end-to-end AI workflows, data pipelines, and model serving APIs.
- Extensive experience with cloud AI offerings such as Azure ML, AWS SageMaker, and Bedrock.
- Working familiarity with modern AI tools including LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, MLflow, and Kubeflow.
- Deep technical expertise in API design (REST, GraphQL, gRPC), containerization, microservices, and MLOps.
