Based in Malaysia, this role focuses on advancing automation-first strategies across enterprise infrastructure services. You will design and implement robust provisioning, configuration management, and Day-2 operational workflows primarily using Ansible across hybrid platforms. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build resilient, secure, and self-healing systems that drive operational efficiency.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Define and deploy infrastructure provisioning and configuration management across Linux and Windows systems using Ansible
- Build and maintain automation workflows, templates, and access controls within Ansible Automation Platform
- Automate routine Day-2 operations including patching, drift remediation, backup, and incident response
- Create reusable automation playbooks, modules, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments
- Develop self-healing mechanisms and automated remediation routines to boost system uptime
- Partner with cloud, security, and operations teams to maintain compliance and continuously refine automation tools
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- At least 10 years in IT infrastructure with at least 5 years dedicated to automation
- Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Ansible along with solid Linux administration skills
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform, workflows, and access controls
- Proficiency in scripting with Python, Shell, or PowerShell, alongside CI/CD pipeline experience
- Working knowledge of public cloud environments like AWS or Azure as well as foundational networking and security
