Based in the Philippines, this Senior Site Reliability Engineer will lead incident response for warehousing IT operations, ensuring swift resolution of critical system issues. This role involves maintaining system reliability, scalability, and performance through robust monitoring and automation. The successful candidate will also lead a team, manage service level objectives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.

- Lead the SRE team, providing guidance and fostering a learning culture
- Manage team schedules and oversee reporting for stakeholders
- Lead incident response to minimize downtime and user impact
- Ensure high system availability through robust monitoring and architecture optimization
- Implement comprehensive monitoring solutions for real-time insights
- Collaborate with users to understand needs and provide support
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and SAP
- Experience with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform)
- Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, C#) for automation
- Understanding of networking protocols, load balancing, and DNS
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
