Based in Singapore, this leadership role oversees the end-to-end design, implementation, and maintenance of card-related applications focused on fraud detection and loyalty rewards. The selected leader will manage developer teams and third-party partners to deliver reliable banking solutions. Success requires strong technical guidance across the development life cycle alongside deep functional knowledge of credit card platforms.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead development teams in creating, enhancing, and maintaining card systems and related mainframe solutions
- Formulate technical architecture, functional specifications, and effort estimations for business changes
- Partner with external vendors and cross-functional units to track deliveries and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Oversee system parameter setup, quality control standards, and project documentation alignment
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to review test strategies and support SIT and UAT cycles
- Provide code-level support, process improvements, and technical troubleshooting whenever required
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field
- Over a decade of technology delivery experience with at least eight years as a cards systems analyst
- Strong functional background in credit card systems, loyalty programs, and fraud prevention mechanisms
- Proven track record managing developer teams and vendor engagements across large-scale implementations
- Familiarity with modern API integration, microservices architecture, and system development life cycles
- Solid communication, multi-tasking, and analytical skills in high-pressure delivery environments
