หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Ensure timely compliance reporting and misconduct data analysis for distribution channels.
- Conduct thorough analysis of suspected agency misconduct and recommend actions.
- Engage stakeholders to gather information for fair misconduct assessments.
- Maintain discipline and compliance with market and business conduct rules.
- Stay informed on relevant regulations, industry standards, and business rules.
- Participate in projects to meet requirements and improve process efficiency.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and project management.
- High proficiency in Excel or data analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI, Python).
- Effective communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with financial industry and insurance operations (preferred).
- Knowledge of FAA and MAS regulations applicable to insurance (preferred).
