Based in Singapore, this role involves providing technical support for Singtel's IPVPN and Managed Services to enterprise customers. The successful candidate will handle fault resolution, manage incident tickets, and ensure timely updates, contributing to the company's commitment to enhancing digital services. This position requires a customer-focused individual who can troubleshoot effectively and work independently.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Answer support calls and provide first-call resolution for enterprise customers
- Log reported faults into the ticketing system and manage incident queues
- Provide in-depth troubleshooting for IPVPN and Managed Services
- Manage proactive monitoring services and provide timely customer updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for speedy fault resolution
- Review and improve operational processes
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Minimum ITE/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong passion for customer service and excellent handling skills
- Highly motivated and able to work independently under pressure
- Good communication and written skills in English
- Proficient in report writing and presentation
