Based in Singapore, this role leads the technical architecture, development, and implementation of the enterprise One KYC platform. You will guide software engineering teams, enforce best coding practices, and collaborate closely with product and architecture stakeholders. The position drives scalable microservices solutions while ensuring strict adherence to banking regulations and platform stability.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, technical design, and implementation of the One KYC platform aligned with enterprise standards.
- Provide technical direction, perform code reviews, and champion engineering quality and optimization.
- Partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical specifications.
- Manage the complete software development lifecycle from requirements and testing to production deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems to safeguard platform reliability, security, and performance.
- Coach and mentor junior engineers to foster technical excellence and team growth.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years as a technical lead or architect.
- Proven background designing and delivering high-performance enterprise systems, preferably in financial services.
- Strong proficiency in Python or React, with experience in frameworks such as FastAPI or Django REST Framework.
- Solid experience with microservices architecture, relational databases like Oracle, and DevOps CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with KYC, AML, and banking regulatory standards is highly desirable.
