Based in Singapore, this role supports the Group Infrastructure and Platform Services division with core financial operations and analytical oversight. The successful candidate will handle purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and financial data maintenance using SAP tools. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with leadership on budgeting, monitoring operational and capital expenditures, and delivering insightful financial dashboards to guide decision-making.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Generate purchase requisitions and goods receipts while managing invoice payments via SAP.
- Maintain accurate, current financial records and uphold data integrity across systems.
- Partner with senior leaders on budget formulation, forecasting, and tracking OPEX and CAPEX usage.
- Produce monthly dashboards highlighting performance metrics, utilization patterns, and financial risks.
- Liaise across finance, procurement, and technology departments to ensure governance and policy adherence.
- Execute ad-hoc finance assignments and process optimization initiatives directed by leadership.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience within financial services, audit, or consulting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, Power Query, and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail when handling confidential information.
- Solid written and verbal communication abilities across diverse internal teams.
- Prior exposure to SAP, Power BI, or project management office (PMO) support in banking is advantageous.
