Based in Singapore, this role involves supporting the efficient delivery of regulatory report submissions and public disclosures related to the Group's capital positions. The position also coordinates and executes the Group-wide internal capital adequacy assessment process (ICAAP) and capital simulation exercises. Key responsibilities include preparing management dashboards to monitor capital consumption and providing capital governance and oversight, including maintaining capital management frameworks.

- Support efficient delivery of regulatory reports and public disclosures on capital positions
- Coordinate and execute internal capital adequacy assessment process (ICAAP)
- Prepare management dashboards for capital consumption monitoring
- Provide capital governance and oversight, maintaining related frameworks
- Support various regulatory submissions to MAS, including surveys
- Build effective processes for tracking workflows and managing risks
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent professional certification
- 8-10 years of experience in banking and finance
- Good knowledge of MAS Notice 637 or Basel capital rules
- Experience in capital reporting, management, or planning
- Proactive, meticulous, and able to work independently and in a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
