Based in Singapore, this leadership role oversees a specialized team delivering platform automation services across the bank. You will direct the creation and enhancement of internal systems that automate operational tasks, elevate system resilience, and deliver self-service capabilities. Combining software development with platform engineering and site reliability practices, you will guide architecture while fostering a culture of continuous operational improvement.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of software and site reliability engineers.
- Architect and deliver full-stack internal platforms that automate routine operational workflows.
- Define platform roadmaps and translate enterprise requirements into scalable automated capabilities.
- Champion DevOps, reliability practices, code quality, and automated recovery pipelines.
- Oversee incident management, root cause investigations, and proactive system observability.
- Drive adoption of self-service frameworks across internal user groups.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or an equivalent discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing technical teams or driving large-scale engineering initiatives.
- Strong background in full-stack engineering utilizing Django and Angular frameworks.
- Hands-on experience deploying to OpenShift Container Platform, Kubernetes, and private clouds.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, microservices architecture, and system observability.
