Based in Singapore, this role focuses on overseeing infrastructure quality and performing audits across technology delivery projects. The specialist will establish governance frameworks, implement quality assurance practices, and monitor critical delivery metrics to prevent technical defects. Additionally, the role involves conducting comprehensive gate reviews, driving early intervention, and collaborating across diverse engineering teams to maintain high operational standards.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Define and execute project quality plans and core performance objectives
- Establish robust governance processes, metrics, and QA methods across delivery lifecycles
- Track and report on shift-left quality benchmarks to proactively mitigate defects
- Perform formal gate reviews and audits to confirm alignment with operational standards
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on prompt remediation strategies for identified issues
- Advocate for continuous quality awareness across project and infrastructure teams
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
- Between 3 to 5 years of background in IT project delivery and infrastructure operations
- Proven experience deploying Quality Assurance and Quality Management systems for infrastructure
- Track record in creating shift-left QA measures and executing quality management plans
- Familiarity with test automation concepts and tools
- Strong attention to detail, interpersonal collaboration, and communication abilities
