Based in Singapore, this senior leadership role oversees credit administration and reporting for a major bank. The position involves managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory provisions, and leading project initiatives for process improvements. This individual will also be responsible for talent development within the team and championing operational excellence.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the credit administration, reporting, operations, and project delivery teams.
- Oversee daily operations for wholesale and retail credit administration and regulatory reporting.
- Formulate system and process improvements for operational and project requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
- Manage departmental projects within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Perform group regulatory and management reporting, including MAS notices.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 12-15 years of experience in wholesale and retail lending, credit, treasury, and trade operations.
- Expertise in credit administration, operations, regulatory compliance, and data management.
- Strong knowledge of lending, credit, treasury, trade financing, and MAS regulations.
- Proven track record managing a large operational team with exposure to retail and wholesale credit.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
