Based in Malaysia, this role involves supporting IT operational activities for project infrastructure, ensuring network performance, availability, and security. The Network Engineer will manage Cisco network devices, firewalls, and load balancers, maintaining agreed service levels. This position requires proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and regular maintenance of the network environment.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Support Cisco network devices, firewalls, and load balancers
- Configure, test, and maintain LAN/WAN equipment and services
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure for optimal performance
- Provide support to VPN users and clean up unused firewalls
- Respond to network incidents, perform root cause analysis, and provide resolutions
- Implement and administer network routing protocols and security
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Load Balancers and Firewalls
- Experience with Cisco routers, switches, LAN/WAN is a plus
- Exposure to Cisco Wireless, ISE, or IDS/IPS is an advantage
- Strong technical competency with professional certifications in Network & Security or Systems
- Ability to work 12-hour or 24x7 shifts when required
