Based in Indonesia, this position focuses on coaching and mentoring Relationship Managers within the consumer banking segment. The appointed coach will elevate client engagement, refine wealth advisory skills, and drive overall sales performance. You will design targeted training initiatives and observe client consultations to maintain exceptional advisory quality across the business.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach Relationship Managers to boost wealth advisory capabilities and sales results
- Participate in joint client calls to deliver real-time feedback and evaluate advisory practices
- Develop and execute sales enablement programs, practical workshops, and simulations
- Review sales figures and metrics to pinpoint development needs and craft training plans
- Maintain adherence to all compliance policies and regulatory mandates during advisory activities
- Work with product teams to convert product strategies into practical sales techniques
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Demonstrated background in wealth management, financial advisory, or banking sales coaching
- Thorough familiarity with insurance, investment, and treasury financial products
- Proven record of inspiring and upskilling sales personnel to hit targets
- Excellent presentation, relationship-building, and communication abilities
- Relevant professional credentials in financial planning or wealth advisory
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification
