Role summary:
Manage the client's direct customer contact in local markets, including the chat channels buyers actually use, sales materials adapted to the local language, and accurate, up-to-date CRM records.

How SCALE Squads work:
Businesses use SCALE to recruit, hire and manage their own fractional squad against a specific goal. Every SCALE Squad has three parts: a Strategic Lead who sets direction and priorities; Execution Specialists — your role — who deliver the work sprint by sprint; and SEED Intelligence, the AI workflow tools, automation and live analytics that run alongside the squad 24/7. You deliver with AI leverage every day, while SEED handles the repetitive layer and keeps progress visible on a live dashboard. Clients come from any industry, and you can work on more than one engagement at a time within your available hours.

Engagement:
Capacity per engagement: 15 hrs / week
Engagements are fractional and built around a client's goal, issued and tracked on SCALE OS, on an independent-contractor basis. Length is set by the goal and run in sprints, with progress visible to you and the client on a live dashboard. Commercial terms are walked through in full and agreed with you at onboarding, before anything is signed.

Selection & matching:
Vetting happens once, through plants.work, and takes 30 days or less: profile screen, a 90-minute work sample (AI allowed and observed), a structured interview, then references. Once vetted, you join the SCALE Squad Pool. SEED then matches you to client goals that fit your experience; the client reviews the recommended squad — with your identity masked until you accept an offer — and chooses who joins. Verified results from each engagement feed back into your profile, so your matches improve over time.

Legal & data:
This is an independent-contractor engagement. Work product created for a client is assigned to that client under the engagement contract; SEED workflows, templates and methodology remain SCALE property and are licensed to the engagement, never assigned. Client data is processed only under the client's instructions and only inside approved tools. Anonymised learnings — statistics and processed data only, never client identities or project details — feed SEED's knowledge pool. While you are in the SCALE Squad Pool, and for 12 months after you leave it, you agree not to work directly with SCALE clients outside SCALE; you can declare existing client relationships when you join. Your own personal data is handled under the applicable data-protection law (Thailand's PDPA for SCALE Co., Ltd.).
