- Achieve personal and branch bancassurance sales targets
- Provide financial advice tailored to client needs and profiles
- Support team leadership in driving referrals and branch activities
- Execute bancassurance sales campaigns and conduct product training
- Ensure compliance with sales processes and governance
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Recognized diploma or degree in any field
- Possess PCE and CEILI qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales for high-net-worth clients
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player with a proactive and performance-driven attitude
- Enjoys meeting people and is influential in sales
