Based in Singapore, this techno-functional position bridges operational requirements with robust IT systems across the entire software development lifecycle. You will lead requirement-gathering workshops, author functional specifications, and validate system designs. The role also involves overseeing quality assurance, executing user testing, conducting stakeholder training, and providing application maintenance to ensure dependable project delivery.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirement discovery sessions and convert enterprise demands into detailed technical specifications and workflows.
- Participate actively across all SDLC phases, from initial design through deployment and production maintenance.
- Create detailed documentation encompassing system workflows, functional architectures, and operational procedures.
- Formulate test plans, oversee user acceptance testing, and manage bug remediation efforts.
- Conduct end-user enablement programs and advise organizational partners on technology integration.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors while providing round-the-clock application support when needed.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Three to five years of hands-on experience delivering, managing, and maintaining enterprise IT applications.
- Demonstrated capability in requirements engineering, systems analysis, and solution architecture.
- Hands-on expertise with SQL and Oracle databases alongside MS Windows enterprise ecosystems.
- Solid foundation in project tracking, vendor oversight, and stakeholder communication.
- Background in the healthcare industry is considered a strong plus.
