Based in Singapore, this position supports digital measurement and data analytics delivery across the TMRW platform. You will collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and developers to define tracking metrics, validate data pipelines, and build insightful dashboards. The role provides hands-on exposure to mobile and web analytics while maintaining essential reporting systems.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Liaise with business and technical teams to clarify key performance indicators and tracking requirements.
- Create and maintain measurement documentation, including tracking specifications and data test scenarios.
- Assist data provisioning initiatives by defining business logic, data rules, and reporting prerequisites.
- Run user acceptance testing for analytics, review data logs, and track down tracking discrepancies.
- Oversee production data accuracy to identify anomalies or missing tracking events.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards in tools like Qlik Sense to address business questions.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related area.
- Up to 3 years of digital analytics or business intelligence experience, with fresh graduates welcome.
- Strong capability in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, alongside familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with digital journeys across mobile applications or web platforms.
- Solid analytical reasoning, rigorous documentation habits, and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate smoothly with both technical and business peers.
