Based in the Philippines, this leadership role involves guiding a team of Trust and Safety specialists dedicated to protecting online platforms and managing responsible AI operations. You will oversee around twenty-five professionals performing content review, generative model evaluations, and policy enforcement. The position requires strong emotional resilience, as personnel handle sensitive or distressing materials while maintaining client guidelines. Successful candidates will drive performance, deliver constructive coaching, and ensure high operational delivery.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of approximately 25 Trust and Safety professionals
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to promote career growth
- Support specialists handling content classification and moderation across various digital channels
- Assist in testing large language model outputs and identifying responsible AI issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding dynamic client safety guidelines and policies
- Investigate, resolve, and escalate intricate content moderation concerns to key stakeholders

- Proven ability to evaluate digital materials objectively without personal bias

- Fluent English comprehension and strong interpersonal communication abilities
- Comfort analyzing and synthesizing information from multiple distinct sources
- Existing legal authorization to live and work in the Philippines
