Based in Singapore, this role involves spearheading AI-powered application security engineering initiatives at Agoda. You will design, build, and operate automated defenses to safeguard modern AI applications, agents, and CI/CD pipelines from emerging threats. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will establish robust threat modeling and security guardrails to maintain high security standards across production environments.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Architect, deploy, and maintain AI-powered application security systems and automation tooling in production
- Construct AI-assisted threat modeling workflows and lead design reviews for agentic platforms and LLM architectures
- Fortify internal developer platforms and govern integrations, plugins, and automated engineering agents
- Establish security guardrails, sandbox environments, and credential policies for autonomous tools and services
- Mitigate unique AI threats including prompt injection, data leakage, and supply chain vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to tune AI security tools and convert findings into scalable automated fixes
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 6 years of experience across application security, security engineering, or cloud security
- Minimum 3 years of software development experience with languages such as Python, Go, or TypeScript
- At least 2 years working with public or private cloud infrastructures
- Minimum 1 year of practical experience developing LLM solutions, agents, RAG, or evaluation systems
- Deep understanding of common vulnerabilities, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, and offensive security mindsets
- Strong background in distributed architecture security, IAM, OAuth 2.0, and microservices
