Based in Singapore, this role involves operating production processes, maintaining equipment, and leading system improvements within a manufacturing plant. The technician will execute daily production plans, ensure safety and quality standards, and develop operational procedures. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate effectively in a diverse environment.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Operate batch making and packing processes according to production plans
- Execute assigned tasks from the team leader
- Maintain plant safety and quality standards
- Ensure equipment is in base condition
- Develop equipment standards like safety and lubrication maps
- Create and improve operational standards and procedures
