Based in Malaysia, this role supports effective governance and performance management for a digital banking project portfolio. The Senior Analyst will establish consistent governance standards, track project status, and produce decision-ready reports for senior management. This position involves converting portfolio data into clear insights, challenging inconsistent submissions, and ensuring timely closure of governance actions across various teams and partners.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Coordinate project governance activities, including calendars and action tracking.
- Track project status, risks, and issues, escalating concerns as needed.
- Produce timely and accurate portfolio reports for senior leadership.
- Coordinate quarterly partner reviews, including performance analysis.
- Prepare management reports covering various operational metrics.
- Define and maintain standardized project governance metrics and reporting templates.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in project governance, PMO, or management reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in project tracking and portfolio reporting in banking or tech.
- Strong understanding of project governance disciplines.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in Jira, Confluence, Power BI.
- Ability to analyze portfolio information and provide concise management insights.
