Based in Malaysia, this role focuses on building, refining, and maintaining enterprise content management platforms with IBM FileNet. You will collaborate with technical teams across the entire engineering lifecycle to solve application challenges and deliver stable software systems. The position offers an opportunity to deepen content management expertise while maintaining business-critical systems.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, and support content solutions using IBM FileNet platforms
- Translate functional specifications into solid technical implementations
- Diagnose, debug, and resolve issues within enterprise applications
- Deliver enhancements and upgrades for operational FileNet deployments
- Contribute to deployment, testing, and post-go-live operational support
- Write and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and system guides
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience with IBM FileNet products
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise content management principles
- Familiarity with the end-to-end software development lifecycle and QA practices
- Experience with code version control tools and technical troubleshooting
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and clear technical writing skills
