Based in Malaysia, this role focuses on driving branch sales and expanding consumer banking portfolios. The selected candidate will engage with retail banking clients to promote financial products, maximize sales revenue, and strengthen ongoing customer relationships. In addition, the position is responsible for delivering superior service while minimizing operational risks and client attrition.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Promote and sell various consumer banking products to meet branch sales targets
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with retail banking clients
- Identify customer financial needs and refer clients to specialized banking units when appropriate
- Participate actively in marketing and promotional campaigns organized by the branch
- Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction to minimize client attrition
- Ensure strict adherence to operational processes to minimize operational losses
