- Carry out sales plans and initiatives aligned with team targets
- Analyze customer requirements and present comprehensive product detailing
- Nurture and expand key client relationships to drive commercial growth
- Partner with cross-functional team members to maximize organizational impact
- Ensure strict adherence to corporate and regulatory stewardship standards
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience as a medical representative or equivalent role
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in pharmacy, biology, or related healthcare fields
- Valid Indonesian motorcycle driver's license (SIM C) and ability to drive
- Demonstrated capability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion abilities
- Capacity to rapidly learn and adapt to new software and internal workflows
