Based in Singapore, this role involves leading technology delivery for complex initiatives within a leading Asian bank. You will manage the full lifecycle of IT application development, maintenance, and infrastructure setup, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and regulatory standards. The position requires driving Agile/DevOps practices, optimizing resource allocation, and providing governance over solution design and technical implementation.

- Oversee IT application development, maintenance, and infrastructure setup
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives
- Manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Drive Agile and DevOps practices, ensuring compliance with frameworks
- Provide governance for solution design, architecture, and technical implementation
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and ensure production readiness
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 15 years in technology delivery, preferably in banking or financial services
- Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programs
- Strong technical expertise in trading systems, cloud, and mobile development
- Extensive hands-on experience in system development and testing (10+ years)
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
