Based in Singapore, this role involves supporting the end-to-end integration and delivery of OTT services, ensuring reliable customer onboarding and subscription management. The engineer will troubleshoot integration issues, maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications, and support release and change management processes. This position requires collaboration with various teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end BSS integration and service delivery for OTT services
- Integrate and test OTT platforms with BSS systems, analyzing APIs and service flows
- Troubleshoot and resolve service provisioning and integration issues with IT and partners
- Support the build, validation, and release of OTT client applications across platforms
- Collaborate on improving CI/CD pipelines for backend and frontend applications
- Support Release and Change Management, including planning and post-release validation
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
- 3+ years in systems integration, application delivery, DevOps, or cloud engineering
- Experience with BSS/OSS integration, provisioning, or subscription management
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system integration
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, builds, and deployment processes
- Familiarity with mobile app store submission and release processes is a plus
