Based in Singapore, this role bridges sophisticated data analytics and human-centric organizational transformation within the Tech COO office. You will lead comprehensive change initiatives, turning metrics and employee feedback into compelling narratives that inspire adoption and influence executive leadership. By partnering across cross-functional departments, you will establish adoption benchmarks and embed modern ways of working throughout the bank's technology division.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Convert complex analytics and employee sentiment into persuasive strategic narratives for leaders
- Clean, analyze, and visualize data using interactive dashboards to monitor adoption and behavioral impact
- Lead comprehensive transformation projects utilizing structured frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR
- Execute stakeholder impact assessments and readiness reviews to mitigate cultural and operational friction
- Design and deliver communication campaigns clarifying the rationale behind technological transformations
- Partner with diverse cross-functional teams including HR, tech, and operations to align transformation goals
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in business analytics, strategic communications, change management, or consulting
- Minimum 3 to 5 years engaging senior executive stakeholders directly
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, analytics, organizational behavior, or related fields
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense
- Proven expertise in change methodologies like Prosci ADKAR alongside project management capabilities
- Prior working experience within banking, fintech, or regulated financial institutions
