Based in Singapore, this role leads user acceptance testing initiatives across retail banking platforms and digital channels. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, plan testing resources, and oversee test execution to guarantee timely system delivery. The position also involves defect management, test reporting, post-implementation support, and live verification.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to comprehend enhancement requirements
- Allocate and manage test resources to achieve project milestones within budget
- Supervise test script creation, execution phases, and overall test result assessments
- Conduct both automated and manual user acceptance testing runs
- Monitor testing milestones, report defects, and track issue resolution
- Provide post-deployment verification and continuous operational support
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Banking, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience implementing system projects in retail banking
- Background with core banking platforms, mobile apps, or digital payment products
- Solid grasp of retail banking operations and underlying IT architectures
- Strong analytical mindset with practical defect resolution and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration capabilities
