Based in Singapore, this internship role supports external-facing artificial intelligence enablement and day-to-day platform operations across various collaboration systems. The intern will assist in curating educational content, organizing partner workshops, and tracking user engagement metrics to foster AI adoption. Additionally, you will create lightweight functional prototypes, demonstration scripts, and automated workflows to illustrate practical business use cases.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of AI platforms to facilitate seamless access to tools and resources for external users
- Track platform usage, user inquiries, and operational hurdles while coordinating resolutions with internal teams
- Maintain workspace documentation, product guides, onboarding assets, and partner materials
- Organize external training events, community gatherings, and training schedules in collaboration with global partners
- Develop functional prototypes, workflow automations, and practical demos using contemporary AI solutions
- Monitor user participation and feedback trends to create executive updates and operational progress reports
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Background in event coordination, user support, partner enablement, or product operations
- Practical exposure to creating AI prototypes, demonstrations, or automated workflows
- Solid grasp of generative AI concepts and enterprise workflow applications
- Excellent communication capabilities for articulating technical ideas to diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in dynamic environments
