Based in Singapore, this role provides independent oversight of the bank's AI and data risks, ensuring effective enterprise-wide governance. It involves developing and enhancing frameworks, policies, and standards aligned with regulatory and ethical expectations. The position delivers independent challenge, assurance, and risk insights to senior management, supporting responsible AI adoption and consistent application of Group standards.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Support development and enhancement of AI and data governance frameworks
- Define and operationalize the enterprise AI use case inventory
- Perform independent review and challenge of AI use cases for compliance
- Assess adherence to AI governance requirements across the lifecycle
- Support monitoring and reporting of key AI risk metrics
- Drive enterprise-wide AI risk awareness and adoption
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline
- 7-10 years of experience in AI/data governance or risk management, preferably in banking
- Strong understanding of banking operating models and risk governance
- Knowledge of Singapore AI regulatory landscape and global frameworks
- Ability to provide independent challenge and practical recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on experience operationalizing governance frameworks
