Based in Singapore, this role involves leading complex client implementation projects for corporate and financial institution clients within Group Wholesale Banking. The Assistant Vice President will manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to handover, ensuring successful delivery of account opening, cash management, and electronic banking services. This position requires strong client relationship management, cross-functional coordination, and a focus on continuous process improvement.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Lead complex implementation projects for corporate and financial institution clients.
- Translate customer solutions into clear implementation plans and milestones.
- Chair working sessions and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Act as the primary client contact during the implementation phase.
- Resolve cross-functional issues by coordinating with various departments.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations.

- Experience in client implementation, cash management, or transaction banking.
- Demonstrated project and portfolio management capabilities.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of commercial banking products and KYC requirements.
- Sound risk and control mindset with attention to documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
