Based in Malaysia, this role involves managing protective services across the ASEAN region, focusing on incident and crisis management, physical security, and emergency preparedness. The manager will conduct threat assessments, ensure compliance, and support investigations and executive protection. This position requires collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders, offering guidance in a complex corporate environment.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Promote security awareness and culture within the organization.
- Apply broad security risk management knowledge to business operations.
- Contribute to and implement security strategies, plans, and controls.
- Identify and resolve complex security challenges through collaboration.
- Conduct threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments.
- Manage incident notifications and security assessments from vendors.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant security experience.
- At least 5 years experience in corporate security functions.
- Minimum 5 years experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work on-call 24/7 and travel up to 25%.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
