Based in Singapore, this role supports UOB's Group Strategy and Transformation unit, focusing on defining the bank's strategic ambition and roadmap. The position involves driving the successful delivery of transformation programs in collaboration with business stakeholders. This individual will also contribute to team development and participate in key management committees, tracking follow-up items.

- Develop strategic viewpoints and formalize strategy papers
- Support the delivery of transformation programs with business partners
- Participate in key management committees and track follow-up actions
- Contribute to team growth through recruitment and knowledge sharing
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Strong background in consulting, minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in financial services or banking, particularly in Asian markets
- Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in driving and delivering research and strategy projects
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including C-suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills
