Based in Singapore, this role involves managing sanctions and compliance screening for trade finance transactions using the Enterprise-Wide Surveillance System. You will review automated alerts, evaluate potential risks against global watchlists, and handle exceptions within service level agreements. Additionally, the position collaborates on process automation initiatives to enhance screening accuracy while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Screen trade transactions and documentation for potential matches against global sanction lists
- Review automated alert hits promptly to release validated false positives
- Liaise effectively with trade processing units regarding escalated or suspicious transactions
- Maintain clear documentation detailing risk identification and justification for alert resolutions
- Participate in system enhancements, automation projects, and process improvement workflows
- Execute manual screening procedures during system contingency and business continuity scenarios
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Recognized diploma or degree qualification
- Prior background in sanctions screening or AML risk within banking operations
- Knowledge of trade finance products and operational workflows is an asset
- Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to deliver under tight timelines
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative teamwork abilities
