Based in Singapore, this leadership position guides and elevates the organization's recruitment function to secure key capabilities across vital business units. You will act as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, aligning talent strategies with overarching enterprise objectives. In addition, you will oversee a dedicated recruitment team, refine recruitment operations, and harness talent analytics to enhance the overall hiring lifecycle.
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ / Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational workforce goals.
- Oversee full lifecycle recruitment operations for senior and critical leadership roles.
- Partner with senior business leaders and human resources partners to advise on hiring and market intelligence.
- Lead, mentor, and foster high performance across the dedicated talent acquisition team.
- Enhance employer branding and proactive talent pipelining initiatives across digital and professional channels.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and leverage talent technologies to continuously optimize hiring processes.
คุณสมบัติ / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent practical background.
- Possession of IHRP Certification.
- At least 10 years of talent acquisition experience, including leadership in senior recruiting roles.
- Demonstrated background managing senior-level executive searches in large-scale organizations.
- Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with senior business leaders.
- Extensive expertise in strategic sourcing, talent intelligence, candidate assessment, and recruitment analytics.
