What is SCALE Squad?

SCALE (Scale Co., Ltd.) positions itself as an AI Transformation Enabler for Thailand and ASEAN, working with clients through a Growth Squad that has three tiers in one team: Scale Strategic, fractional C-Level, Director or Head-of leaders; Scale Execution, specialists who use AI to get the work done; and Scale Autonomous, an agentic AI stack that runs routine work.

The model is dual-brand: Plants.work is the open talent pool where fractional specialists apply, are screened and benchmarked, while SCALE handles scoping with clients, contracting and delivery. SCALE states that client squads are built from top-5% fractional talent via Plants.work.

The SCALE Squad campaign on Plants.work has 24 roles in three groups.

Marketing and Operations (9 roles)

For example Fractional CMO, Fractional COO, Fractional Operations Director, Performance Marketing Specialist, Marketing Automation Specialist, Copywriter and Business Process Specialist.

Technology and Data (8 roles)

For example Fractional CTO, Fractional AI Transformation Lead, Data Engineer, BI Analyst, LLM Application Specialist and Automation Developer.

Sales and Expansion (7 roles)

For example Fractional Head of Growth and Expansion (ASEAN), Fractional Regional Expansion Director, Fractional Business Development Director, Sales Development Representative and Partnerships Specialist.
